I love stopping by Myers anytime of the year, but
from early spring through late fall, the place will take your breath away;
so many beautiful plants, from the old fashioned favorites to the new
hybrids. They also have an extensive pottery selection and most
anything you might need for your pond or water garden. Stewart Myers
is usually on hand and can answer all of your plant questions.

If you need the
master framer, this would be the place to go. David Wheeler is
probably the best. He and Linda will make you feel like part of
their family while turning out impeccably framed art. The Gallery side
of their shop hosts shows year round from local artists and guilds.
Don't forget to check out daughter Allison Wheeler's art. She's quite
talented in photography, sculpture and metal art.

I can just think about the Greek-style Snapper or the Lobster Bisque and my
mouth waters. The food here is wonderful. The atmosphere is warm
and eclectic - a great place to meet friends or have a special night out.

This is my treat to myself. I turn off the cell phone and turn myself
over to the pros. From the moment I walk in the door, I'm totally
pampered. All your needs will be met, even ones you didn't even know
you have. Cold? No problem, they'll make you warm...Thirsty or
Hungry? No problem, they'll get you something to eat or drink.
After the head, neck, hand and foot massage while they're washing and
conditioning my hair, I'm a complete noodle. And I haven't even made
it into Richard's chair yet. He really is a miracle worker. Go ahead,

This is one of my favorite places to take friends and clients. If
you're building a new home or just remodeling, they've probably got what you
need. Vintage light fixtures, antique doors and mantles, iron gates,
reclaimed door knobs and hinges, hand carved newel posts...you'll need a few
hours at least.
