     Availability - All of my pieces are one of a kind, unique and special.  You may contact me by email  denise@lilygirlart.com or by phone  256-287-0047 to see if the jewelry you want is still available.  You will be able to buy on-line by March 1, 2011.  

   Special Orders - Special orders are available upon request.  There is only one   of each piece of jewelry.  However, I may be able to make something similar to a piece that is no longer available.  Just know that the Sterling and gemstones will be different.

 

Sizing - Pendant sizes are width first, then the heighth, and
they don't include the bail - you know, the part your chain or cord goes through.  Ring sizes are approximate and can be re-    duced a couple of sizes or made a size larger.  Of course, you can always take the ring to your local jeweler for an exact fit.

 

Payment Options - I accept Mastercard, VISA, Debit Cards and American Express.  Lilygirl Original Wearable Art is in full compliance with Payment Card Industry-Data Security Standards (PCI SS).  Credit card information data is not kept on file after authorization of payment.

  Shipping -  All orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation.  Standard shipping charges will apply with a base rate of $7.95 per order.  Second Day and Overnight delivery options are available upon request.  You save more by requesting USPS Priority.

  Repairs and Returns - If you have any problems with my jewelry, I will be more than glad to repair it.  If you aren't pleased with your purchase, just call me at 256-287-0047 and I will issue you a return authorization.  Return the jewelry to me, and upon receiving it in good condition, I will issue you a full refund less shipping charges.
